350* runners from foreign countries can apply to Full marathon, Half marathon, 10 km.
Fumily Fun Run is not listed under option.
*Accepted on a first-come-first-saved basis.
Those who have medical conditions (heart disease, injury, etc.) are advised to consult with a doctor to make sure that it's safe to participate in this event.
Full Marathon
| Qualifications | General Men/Women Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the race day. Please note that high school students are not accepted.Men and women, including the disabled who don't require a wheelchair, who are able to finish the entire distance within 5 hours 45 minutes. *Athletes invited by the race director are included in this category. |

| Qualifications | Participants must be 16 years of age or older on the race day. General Men/Women Men and women who are able to finish the entire distance within 1 hour 30 minutes. Visibly Impaired, Mentally Impaired, Transplant Recipient Men/Women Men and women who are able to finish the entire distance within 1 hour 30 minutes. *Transplant Recipients Division is for people who have received organ, bone marrow or cornea transplant. Wheelchair Men/Women Male and female wheelchair racers who are able to finish the entire distance within 45 minutes （Only racing wheelchairs are allowed.）Participants in this category must have the identification booklet for the disabled. |
